Irvine is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Irvine follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Gorgeous little cafe, plenty of seating and their 4th birthday celebration has been fantastic. Live music, local artists, and delicious coffee.

This cafΓ© has such a cozy European vibe and feels like the perfect place to relax, catch up with friends, or get some work done. The atmosphere was warm, clean, and super inviting with beautiful indoor and outdoor seating. We tried both the sweet and savory crepes, and they were SO delicious! The crepes were soft, fresh, and full of flavor. Perfect balance between sweet treats and savory brunch vibes. We also ordered the matcha latte and lavender latte, and both drinks were amazing. The matcha latte was smooth and creamy, while the lavender latte had such a light floral flavor that felt super relaxing and unique. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, and one thing I really appreciated was the FREE 2-hour parking, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. The outdoor seating area was peaceful and aesthetic, making it such a cute place for coffee dates, brunch, or even getting work done on your laptop. Definitely a hidden gem in OC! Can’t wait to come back again and try more drinks and pastries!

$15 bucks for a dry sandwich. Coffee is ok at best. The main thing here is the customer service, terrible! The young lady in the burgundy shirt that was working on Friday 4/24/2026 had a real bad attitude. I asked her for some hot sauce and she rolled her eyes at me and points at it by the sugar. If I would have seen it, trust me, I wouldn’t have asked. Customers arrived and she just kept doing her thing with her back turned against the register. Not a β€œI’ll be right with you” nada.. silch.. the oriental lady that took our order must have left for the day. She was pretty nice. But the girl in the burgundy shirt definitely doesn’t need to be up front with the customers, or needs an attitude adjustment.

Press & Moka is a fantastic coffee shop and a great place to get some work done. I had an iced latte earlier and it was very flavorful and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere is comfortable and productive, making it ideal if you want to sit down with your laptop for a while. Another great perk is that they validate your parking ticket for up to two hours, which makes the visit even more convenient. Definitely a spot I’d come back to again!

Parking does not seem to be free since there's a security arm that's present once you get a ticket at the entrance of the parking lot. I stopped by this cafe after dropping my rental car off at green motion thats 10-15 min walk away from this location. I got a matcha latte, nonfat milk, and added lavender syrup to it. Service was quick and there's plenty of food and drink options available. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating at the cafe. In addition to that, there's more seating nearby outside the cafe as well. Bathroom is across the cafe inside the building. Would definitely love to visit again if I'm ever in the area because I enjoy the environment.
